The price of the product is subject to what is shown on the website, and we reserve the right to modify it.

Colour

Due to take in light and monitor, pictures of the product in our store may have a slight chromatism problem. This is inevitable. In addition, custom curtains are made of different batches of fabric, so some colour changes slightly may occur. This colour difference is not used as a reason for return or refund.

Size

Generally, the curtains you receive are exactly the same as the size you ordered. The size of our products has a standard manufacturing tolerance of plus or minus 2cm. Products within this tolerance range are those that meet the specifications you ordered. 

Production time

Tailor-made curtains and roman blinds in 3-4 weeks; Roller blinds 5-7 working days, although this may vary. We will contact you if delay. 

Stock

Some colours may be out of stock in New Zealand, so we recommend that you contact us to check stock before ordering. You can also place an order directly. We will contact you if a particular color is out of stock. You can choose a similar color or get a refund.

Shipping time

1-7 working days depending on shipping areas and product size. We send orders via courier or delivery by ourselves.

Due time

It would takes 1-4 weeks from the date you order the product to the date of shipment. This day may vary depending on our workload or supplier stock level.  If we can not complete your order in this estimate time, we will let you know through email. Shipping takes 1-7 working days. This delivery time is only an estimate, and the company is not responsible for any delays.

Tracking number

When your order is shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to you.

Measurement

The measured value provided by customers should be accurate and recorded in millimeters. Customers have responsibility for measurement errors.

Cancel the order

Once an item is ordered, the order cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel the order. We will refund if the order is cancelled due to our reasons.

Warranty

Woo Curtains and Blinds Limited (OnlineCurtainStore) warrants all goods supplied from us against defects in materials and workmanship for the stipulated warranty period stated for the individual product. OnlineCurtainStore may at its sole discretion repair or replace defective product(s). Any repair work carried out during the warranty period must be undertaken by OnlineCurtainStore. OnlineCurtainStore’s liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of such goods and shall not extend to any consequential damages or losses. OnlineCurtainStore will not accept liability where, in the opinion of OnlineCurtainStore, the product has been abused, misused (or used incorrectly). Fair wear and tear is likewise excluded from this warranty.
