Shipping Policy

New Zealand is currently free for standard orders, excluding rural areas.

$20 Flat Rate delivery on Metro order under $199. 

$40 Flat Rate delivery on curtain track orders (width under 2300mm). 

$75 Flat Rate delivery on all rural orders. Real shipping fee depending on Mainfreight’s quotation on all Rural orders. We will contract you to tell you the correct shipping fee after you place the order.  

$10 Flat Rate delivery on sample orders (up to 10 samples per order). 

Your order must be greater than $199 after any sale discounts or coupons are applied, and not inclusive of delivery and other charges. 

This offer excludes Oversized Blinds and Tracks*.

This free shipping offer may be withdrawn or altered at any-time.

Auckland Pickup is available (Birkenhead, North Shore). The address will send to you after place the orders.

In some cases of rural delivery and isolated communities, the delivery network may not be able to cover but it will arrange to have your order to the nearest courier depot. While our website tries to present accurate delivery charges, we reserve the right to collect additional freight.

*Oversized Blinds and Tracks Delivery Information

Note: Oversize shipping fee was calculated in the product price by selecting the delivery area(metro or rural). In the final step, you do not need to charge the shipping fee again. It will be free shipping.

 

It takes 7-15 working days for the product to ship out. Once your curtains or blinds are ready (you will receive an email), we can ship your order in 1-7 days by couriers or delivery by ourselves.

Please double check that the shipping address is correct. Please make sure that the delivery address is a place where the curtains can be safely dropped off. Once the package arrives, we cannot find the package. However, we will do our best to help you. We strongly recommend that you choose a delivery address that you trust, preferably an address where someone can receive the package on the day of delivery.

Overseas deliveries, delivery fee are calculated according to weight and destination. Please contact us before you order.

Return Policy

All curtains and blinds are custom made and they begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned and refunded. However, if the order is damaged during transportation or does not meet the specifications you ordered, please send an email to service@onlinecurtainstore.co.nz within 48 hours after receipt, and we will do everything we can to make it right for you.

If you provide a wrong measurement, we can alter it free of charge within 10 days of your order receitpt. After that date, we will evaluate the changing fee based on the alteration request. The alter services are only working to shorten or narrow the fabrics.

If you are not satisfied with the product, for example, you do not like the colour or general quality of the product, the product is not allowed to be returned since the product is customized according to your requirements, it is only applicable to your purchase.
