WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME?
We want you to receive your custom curtain as quick as possible so our current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks for custom curtains and 5-7 working days for your Roller Blinds to be ready for shipping. Once your curtains and/or blinds are ready (you will receive an email), we can ship your order in 1-7 working days by Aramex, Mainfreight or ourselves.
WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE FOR CUSTOM CURTAINS?
We price our custom curtains reasonably, usually 50% lower than traditional retailer.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Auckland is currently free for standard orders* over $199, excluding rural areas($75). $20 Flat Rate delivery on order under $199 or other part of New Zealand. *The standard order length is below 2300cm. Please check more information about the Oversize fee. More info.
HOW LONG I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER DESPATCH?
We will make every effort to despatch your order for delivery within the estimated time given on the products details page. We cannot give you a specific delivery day or time. Delivery usually takes 1-7 days from the date of despatch. If you have not received your item within 7 days of the estimated despatch date, please contact us at serveice@onlinecurtainstore.co.nz
CAN THE ORDER BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED BY YOU AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED?
All curtains and blinds are custom made and they begin production immediately upon order. They cannot be changed or cancelled once processing. However, you can contact us as early as you can but we cannot guarantee they can be changed. In rare cases, we will find that an item is out of stock, and we will send you a notification via email. You can then decide to choose an alternative product or refund.
CAN YOU ALTER MY CUSTOM CURTAINS OR BLINDS?
In the case of wrong measurement, we can alter your curtains or blinds size for free within 10 days of receiving your order. After that date, we will evaluate the changing fee based on the alteration request. Please email service@onlinecurtainstore.co.nz

HOW TO REPORT A LOSSES, SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES?
Please note that all Losses, Shortages and Damages need to be reported to us within 24hours after you receive it. This is due to investigations into the orders with our production team and couriers. Please email us at info@onlinecurtainstore.com
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDERS?
Yes, you can. The pickup site is located in Birkenhead, North Shore, Auckland. When you place your order, you can choose pickup or delivery.
CAN I VISIT YOUR OFFICE
Yes, you can. please email us at service@onlinecurtainstore.co.nz, and make an appointment 1 day in advance.
CAN I BOOK SAMPLES
Yes, you can book up to 10 free samples per order.
